Connect emotionally

When I first joined in 2019, insights from the primary researches I conducted over a span of 60 days, shouted the lack of emotional connect for the customer with the product. My contributions in this project involved identifying the right type of requirement, finding the right partners, getting them on-boarded with the mission and bringing it to life while consulting and cross-collaborating.

Plan choices

Purchasing of Home Internet is an exhausting experience usually in the USA and more so when it involves changing carriers. With this and few more important enough to consider insights, I devised the "2-plan options and more add-ons to choose from" strategy during the purchase journey to provide a complete personalised home internet experience. My contributions involved recognising the pain points through numerous researches with market customers, devising the strategy, designing the wireframes & prototypes, getting the right partners on board to fund the strategy and execute to launch.
